You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Purchased this for my father in law and it is exactly what he wanted. We didn’t want to purchase a very pricey one and so this one was just what we are looking for. Is there better, more expensive ones out there? Yes, but this is doing exactly what we needed!

This works really well it also has extra features as long as it is compatible with the make and model of the car. They say to update it before trying it out. So I did that first just so I could check it out properly. Great little machine to have it’s not
Just for looking up codes it does so much more. Sometimes all you have to do is follow the instructions on screen depending on the task.

I own a, what I call, an expensive OBDII scanner ($200-250) that I use to diagnose codes and repair. I also had an inexpensive scanner ($30-40) that I would throw in the glove box so I could confirm all the monitors were set and ready before getting a smog check.
I ordered this scanner because I somehow misplaced my inexpensive scanner and needed a replacement for it. However, after using this scanner, I may just start using it instead of using my more expensive scanner. It's small enough to fit in the glove box when needed, but it is a lot more advanced than the scanner it was going to replace and does everything the expensive scanner does.
Very happy with this scanner. Now I need to save for a scanner that is capable of bi-directional communication.

Usually when you order things like this, you get disappointed. Not this time. This thing hooks up to all of the cars that we've gotten from the auction and tells us whatever we need to know to get the cars up & running at peak performance. I'm very impressed!

After using this for a month or so, I have to say I'm pretty impressed with it. Basically the same quality as the computers that they use at the dealership. As far as being able to immediately recognize codes. And just as important, to clear the codes. It's not as fragile as some of the cheapo OBDII readers that you'll find online. It's durable enough, made to last, and should work for many years to come. I originally was a bit skeptical because I wasn't familiar with the manufacturer. But the fact is, they make a pretty solid little diagnostic tool that will save you a fortune on trips to the service department at the dealership.

The scanner is much easier to use than my previous one. I read and erased the code in my car in less than a minute. If you have a check engine light on or you work on vehicles this is a must have item. I have a much more expensive scanner but it’s so confusing and takes a lot longer to do simple task like erase a code. I would recommend
